With over 20 years of culinary experience across three continents, Chef Marcus brings a unique perspective to every dish. His journey from a small coastal town to the world’s finest kitchens has shaped his philosophy: celebrate ingredients, respect tradition, embrace innovation.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Marcus has trained under legendary chefs in Paris, Tokyo, and New York. His signature style combines classic French techniques with global influences, resulting in dishes that are both familiar and excitingly new.
